ALSO GO Adjustable Weight Bench with Leg Extension

Overview

The ALSO SG0101-USA is a steel-frame weight bench for home strength training, weighing 23 pounds and finished in sport black. It's a straightforward, no-frills bench for dumbbell and light barbell work.

Listing data confirms material and weight but not seat angle adjustments, padding thickness, or a weight capacity rating, so buyers relying on those details should check Amazon's product images or Q&A before ordering. What's confirmed is an alloy steel frame at a manageable 23 pounds.

• Alloy steel frame
• 23 pounds
• Sport Black finish
• 13 in x 30 in x 10 in as listed

Who it's for

Suits home gym owners who want a simple bench for pressing, rows, or step-ups without hunting through multi-position adjustment settings. Less useful for lifters who need a documented load rating before buying.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

The listing specifies an alloy steel frame, standard for load-bearing home gym benches. At 23 pounds it's light enough to reposition or store without much effort, though that also means it leans on footprint rather than mass for stability during heavier lifts.
