Overview
Commutes, gyms and offices are where this TOZO watch fits, tracking workouts, heart rate and sleep while showing phone notifications on a bright AMOLED face. Paired by Bluetooth, it also takes calls on the wrist.
Long battery life and wrist calling make it easy to wear all week without fuss. Health readings are framed for general wellness, and water resistance covers rain and sweat rather than serious water sports.
Who it's for
Casual exercisers and busy commuters who want notifications, calls and activity stats on the wrist. Swimmers and people needing clinical health data should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Bright AMOLED screen
- Calls from the wrist
- Many sport modes
- Sleep stage tracking
- Calls rely on a paired phone
- Wellness data, not medical
- GPS claims inconsistent in listing
Performance notes
Battery life depends on screen use, calls and heart rate tracking frequency, which is why the listed range varies. Sleep stages are estimated from movement and heart rate patterns, and calls route through the phone's connection.
