Overview
The Kiptumtek T7 is a women's smart watch with a 1.83 inch touchscreen, Bluetooth calling and two bands, built around menstrual cycle tracking alongside heart rate, blood oxygen and sleep stage monitoring. An aluminum case and 2.5D glass cover the display.
Kiptumtek pitches this specifically at women's daily health tracking rather than as a general fitness watch, with period logging built into the health suite alongside the usual heart rate and sleep sensors. Battery life is rated well past most smartwatches in this class at up to 10 days, with a roughly 2 hour recharge.
- 1.83 inch touch display with 100+ customizable watch faces
- Female health tracking including cycle logging and predictions
- Heart rate, blood oxygen and sleep stage monitoring
- Up to 10 day battery with about a 2 hour recharge
Who it's for
Aimed at women who want cycle tracking built into daily health monitoring along with calls and notifications on the wrist. Less suited to anyone planning to swim or shower with it, since the IP67 rating only covers sweat, rain and handwashing.
Pros and cons
- Up to 10 days battery life on a single charge
- Built-in menstrual cycle tracking alongside standard health sensors
- Bluetooth calling with built-in speaker and microphone
- Two bands and an aluminum case with 2.5D glass
- IP67 rating excludes swimming and hot showers
- Notification features depend on phone app permissions
Performance notes
Kiptumtek rates the T7 at up to 10 days of battery on a charge that takes about 2 hours, well above typical smartwatch cycles. Optical sensors run continuously for heart rate, blood oxygen and sleep stage tracking, and calls route through a built-in speaker and microphone over Bluetooth. The IP67 rating covers sweat and rain but explicitly excludes swimming or hot showers.
