Overview
The JDO H655004CP is a handheld shower head with a built-in multi-stage filter cartridge, using KDF-55, calcium sulfite, and ceramic media to cut chlorine and heavy metals from the spray, mounted on a 4.7 inch lotus-style head with 54 silicone nozzles.
Despite the shower body sprays category label attached to this listing, the title and spec sheet describe a standard handheld shower head and hose kit, not a fixed body spray panel. It installs on a universal G1/2 inch shower arm thread with no plumber needed, and the filter cartridge is meant to be swapped roughly every three months rather than left in place indefinitely.
- Multi-stage KDF-55, calcium sulfite, and ceramic filtration
- 4.7 inch lotus panel with 54 anti-clog nozzles
- 6 spray settings including a water-saving mode
- Tool-free universal G1/2 inch installation
Who it's for
Renters and homeowners in hard or chlorinated water areas who want a tool-free handheld upgrade with some filtration, plus anyone bathing kids or pets who wants the flexible hose. It is not a fixed rainfall or body-spray panel system.
Pros and cons
- Filter cartridge needs replacing about every three months
- One reviewer's hose arrived damaged, though the head worked
Performance notes
The cartridge is a wear part meant to be replaced about every three months, sold separately.
