Overview
Not a waterproof cover, this retractable awning uses a breathable polyester fabric that blocks UV while letting air pass, on a white aluminum frame. Water-resistant material handles drizzle, and electric operation is named in the title.
Airflow through the fabric reduces trapped heat, and the aluminum frame resists rust. Motor type, remote and mounting hardware are not described, and the listed size values look like package figures.
Who it's for
Patio owners with a wide opening who like a clean white frame and breathable shade fit this awning. Anyone wanting a complete itemized kit should confirm contents with the seller.
Pros and cons
- Breathable UV-resistant fabric
- Large coverage size
- Box contents not itemized
- Motor and remote details missing
- Not rated for heavy rain
Performance notes
A breathable canopy lets warm air escape, so the area beneath stays cooler than under sealed fabric. UV resistance protects the cloth and the furniture under it. A water-resistant finish sheds light rain but is not designed to hold it.
