Overview
Not a pedestal or box fan, the Vornado 530 is a compact table-top air circulator built around a deep-pitched blade and a signature grill. It tilts to aim airflow, and the push button controls pick from several speeds.
Moving air through a whole room from a compact body is the point: a bedroom, dorm room, kitchen or home office gets circulation without a large footprint. The listing is contradictory on remote control and warranty length, and the fan is built for US voltage only.
Who it's for
Small rooms, offices and kitchens where a compact circulator can mix the air year round. Buyers who live outside the US, who need a documented remote or who want an oscillating fan should look at other models.
Pros and cons
- Compact table-top size
- Adjustable tilt for aiming air
- Deep-pitched blade design
- Owner's guide included
- Indoor use only
- Warranty stated two ways
- Remote listed but not described
Performance notes
The blade pitch and the grill shape direct a column of air that reaches across the room, which then circulates the rest of the air along walls and ceiling. The tilt mount sets the angle, and three speeds set how hard the column pushes. A brushless motor drives the blade.
