Overview
A car cabin is where this wireless karaoke microphone is meant to work. It plays through the car FM tuner or pairs by Bluetooth with a phone, with voice changing sound effects built in.
A commuter gets to sing over a phone playlist without installing anything in the dash. The limitation is that the listing describes a single built-in speaker and no lyrics display, so songs and words come from your own phone.
Who it's for
Short drives and long road trips both suit a mic that rides in the glovebox or cup holder. Home party hosts who need several mics or a display should look at a full karaoke machine.
Pros and cons
- Works with the car FM tuner
- Bluetooth pairing with phones
- Rechargeable by micro USB
- Carrying case included
- One speaker only
- No lyrics screen listed
- Short limited warranty
- Needs an FM tuner in the car for radio use
Performance notes
Audio reaches the car through the FM tuner or a Bluetooth link, so the result depends on a clear FM frequency and a stable phone pairing. Power comes from the rechargeable battery rather than the car, so charge it before a trip. A wired AUX cord is included for cars without a usable tuner path.
