Singing Machine Portable Karaoke Machine for Kids

Overview

Strapping on this plush Uni-Queen backpack puts a built-in speaker, preloaded songs and sound effects within a toddler's reach. A secure holder grips the microphone on the character. The listing also names a recorder feature in the title.

A cuddly character that doubles as a speaker makes singing feel like play for a small child, and the backpack straps let them carry it. The limitation is the closed content: only a couple of songs are preloaded and no way to play other music is listed.

Who it's for

Preschoolers in the listed age range who like the Sing-along Crew characters will use the speaker and microphone. Parents should plan on batteries. Families wanting a larger song list or a phone connection should look at another karaoke toy.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

Sound is limited to the small built-in speaker and the preloaded content, so the play value comes from the songs and effects it holds. Battery drain is the main upkeep, and the listing says it needs AA cells. The microphone is for singing along, not recording studio use.
