SuperMats 12GS Heavy Duty Equipment Mat 36x90

Overview

A 36 by 90 inch vinyl composite floor mat made in the USA, built to sit under treadmills, exercise bikes, ellipticals, and other cardio equipment. Designed to protect flooring and dampen vibration and noise during use.

The size matters more than most specs here: at 36 by 90 inches, this is sized for larger cardio machines like treadmills rather than the smaller footprint of a stationary bike, so buyers should check their equipment's base dimensions against the mat before assuming fit. Vibration and noise dampening are functional claims tied to the mat's density, relevant for apartment or upstairs use.

• 36in x 90in coverage
• Made in USA vinyl composite
• Nonslip textured surface
• Vibration and noise dampening

Who it's for

Suits anyone running a treadmill or similar cardio machine on hardwood, tile, or carpet who wants both floor protection and reduced noise transfer. Less necessary for small accessories or light equipment that don't generate much vibration.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

The dense vinyl composite works by absorbing vibration at the contact points between equipment and floor rather than just providing a slip-resistant surface, which is what reduces both floor damage and the noise that travels through to rooms below. The textured top keeps equipment from creeping during use, a common failure point for thinner mats.
