Overview
The Thill TSB00 is a single X-Large float built from brass, sized for anglers who need extra buoyancy to suspend heavier baits or rigs. It ships as one piece, so plan on buying more if you rig multiple rods.
Thill built its name on graphite and balsa slip floats, so a brass X-Large bobber stands out as a heavier-duty option in the lineup. The listing does not specify whether it takes a peg, a slip knot, or a snap attachment, so check compatibility with your current terminal tackle before ordering multiples.
- Brass body for added durability
- X-Large size for heavier rigs
- Sold individually, one float per order
- Thill branded float for slip or fixed rigging
Who it's for
This float suits anglers targeting bigger fish or fishing deeper water where a small foam bobber cannot carry enough weight to stay visible. It is not the pick for finesse panfish rigs that need a light, sensitive float.
Pros and cons
- Brass build should hold up to repeated casting and knocks
- X-Large size carries heavier bait or weight without sinking low
- Sold as a single piece, not a multi-pack
- Attachment method (peg, slip, snap) is not specified in the listing
Performance notes
Brass construction gives this float more heft and durability than a foam or plastic bobber of the same size, which should help it survive snags and repeated casting. The X-Large size is built to carry more weight before it sits low in the water, useful when running bigger baits or split shot. Beyond material and size, the listing gives no further detail on the attachment mechanism.
