Overview
The Heat Wave Coronado is a 2-person infrared sauna built from Canadian hemlock, with a 44.5 x 35 x 69 inch interior inside a 47.75 x 39.25 x 75 inch cabin. Six carbon heaters deliver infrared warmth up to 140 degrees F behind a tempered, bronze tinted glass door.
This is a furniture-grade wellness cabin rather than a portable heat lamp: it ships with chromotherapy lighting, an oxygen ionizer, and a built-in sound system with an AUX input, and it assembles with buckle connectors instead of separate hardware. A 7-year manufacturer warranty backs the hemlock cabinet and heater array.
- Canadian hemlock cabinet construction
- Six carbon heaters, up to 140 degrees F
- 8mm tempered, bronze tinted glass door
- 7-year manufacturer warranty
Who it's for
Suits a household with the floor space and budget for a permanent two-person sauna, whether for recovery, relaxation, or a home spa upgrade. Not a fit for anyone wanting a lightweight, portable, or single-person infrared option.
Pros and cons
- Six carbon heaters for even infrared coverage
- Chromotherapy lighting and oxygen ionizer included
- Built-in sound system with AUX input
- 7-year manufacturer warranty
- Large footprint, over 6 feet tall and close to 4 feet on each side
Performance notes
Warmth comes from six carbon heaters positioned around the cabin rather than a single element, meant to spread infrared heat evenly across both occupants instead of concentrating it near one wall. The 8mm tempered glass door and hemlock panels are built for daily heating and cooling cycles without warping, and the buckle connector assembly is designed to go together without tools.
