Overview
The Cando 30-2341 is a 6 by 12 inch half-round foam roller made of full-skin PE foam, sized as a half-round rather than a full cylinder. It is built for physical therapy exercises, muscle release and balance and stretching work rather than general home gym use alone.
Its firmness is described repeatedly as firm but not hard as a rock, which matters for anyone using it to support their back or neck rather than just massage a muscle. At least one reviewer found it too hard and too large for their needs.
- 6 by 12 inch half-round shape
- Full-skin high density PE foam
- White finish
- Holds shape without deforming over time
Who it's for
Fits people doing prescribed physical therapy exercises for the back, neck or shoulders, or anyone wanting a stable half-round for posture and stabilization work. Less suited to someone wanting a softer roller purely for casual muscle massage.
Pros and cons
- Firm enough to hold shape and support body weight
- Half-round shape suits posture and spine exercises
- Sturdy enough for daily use
- Too firm or too large for some users
- Not a soft roller for casual massage
