Overview
Outward Hound's Granby Splash flotation vest for dogs comes in a bright orange finish and is sized Large, intended for swimming, boating or kayaking with a bigger dog.
Despite being filed under car seats in this catalog, the title and brand point clearly to a flotation vest for dogs rather than any vehicle restraint. Little structured spec data came through for this listing, so buyers should confirm chest and weight sizing directly with Outward Hound before ordering.

Who it's for
Owners of larger dogs who swim, boat or kayak and want a visible, high-contrast flotation aid are the target buyer here. Owners of small or medium dogs will need a different size in the same line.
Pros and cons
- Bright orange for visibility in water
- Sized specifically for large dogs
- Limited spec detail available for this listing
- Large size only, no other sizes in this listing
Performance notes
As a flotation vest, the jacket is meant to keep a dog's head above water and its handle strap lets an owner lift the dog from the water in an emergency. Orange coloring improves visibility against water and open sky compared to darker vests.
