Overview
Gripping the built-in T-handle and squeezing the full-length trigger drives a compact dual action blade through small hedges, shrubs and bushes.
Light weight and a T-handle with a full-length trigger are aimed at less fatigue and more control, while the blade design reduces vibration for a cleaner cut. As a corded tool, it works only within reach of an outlet.
Who it's for
Homeowners with small hedges who want a light trimmer without a battery to charge. Anyone with long hedge runs or no nearby outlet should look at a cordless model.
Pros and cons
- Dual action blade cuts cleaner
- Full-length trigger for control
- Tethered to an outlet by the cord
- Suited to small hedges only
- Cut capacity not listed
Performance notes
Dual action blades move in opposite directions, which cancels some vibration and leaves a cleaner cut. The corded motor supplies steady power at the listed cutting speed, and the handle layout allows more than one grip.
