Overview
Viva Naturals sells its Organic MCT Oil in a 32 fl oz liquid bottle with a mild coconut taste, USDA Organic and non-GMO certified, formulated to fit keto, paleo and vegan diets.
MCT oil is a liquid fat supplement typically added to coffee or shakes rather than swallowed as a capsule, setting it apart from the rest of a supplement cabinet. The mild coconut flavor here reflects its coconut-derived source, distinct from the flavorless MCT oils some brands sell.
- 32 fl oz liquid MCT oil
- USDA Organic certified
- Mild coconut flavor
- Keto, paleo and vegan friendly
Who it's for
People on keto or paleo diets wanting a liquid MCT oil for coffee or shakes, and vegans, since the formula also fits a vegan diet.
Pros and cons
- Large 32 fl oz size for regular use
- USDA Organic and non-GMO certified
- Fits keto, paleo and vegan diets
- Mild coconut flavor, not neutral tasting
- Liquid format needs careful storage
Performance notes
MCT oil is used mainly as a quick source of fat calories and is often added to coffee for sustained energy on low-carb diets. Being organic and non-GMO certified, it's produced without synthetic pesticide or GMO inputs, and the mild coconut flavor comes through since it isn't stripped to a neutral taste.
