Overview
Amazon's Solimo house brand sells this MCT oil as a 32 fl oz liquid, unflavored, made without animal ingredients and without gluten, meant to be stirred into coffee, shakes or food.
MCT oil is typically judged by its fatty acid mix, C8 versus C10, but that breakdown isn't given here, so this is best treated as a general-purpose unflavored oil rather than a profile-specific one. The 32 fl oz size lowers cost per ounce compared with smaller bottles.
- 32 fl oz liquid MCT oil
- Unflavored
- Vegan and gluten-free

Who it's for
Fits anyone wanting a large, plain liquid MCT oil to stir into coffee, shakes or food without added flavor. Not for buyers who need a specific C8-only MCT profile, since that detail isn't listed.
Pros and cons
- Unflavored, mixes into drinks and food without changing taste
- Vegan and gluten-free
- 32 fl oz size cuts cost per ounce versus smaller bottles
- No breakdown of C8 versus C10 fatty acid content given
- Liquid oil needs more careful storage than powdered MCT
Performance notes
As a liquid rather than a powder, the oil mixes directly into hot or cold drinks and food without extra steps. Being unflavored, it's built to blend in without changing the taste of what it's added to, and the vegan, gluten-free label covers common dietary restrictions.
