Overview
A small business front office gets a color laser all-in-one that prints, scans, copies and faxes, with a document feeder for multipage originals. Preloaded business apps send scans to email, USB drives, network folders or the cloud.
HP covers every office paper task in one color machine, and high-yield toner stretches cartridge life. Paper capacity is modest, and the listed print speeds look unreliable.
Who it's for
Small offices that copy, scan and fax as often as they print get one color machine for all of it. Teams printing long runs should check paper capacity first.
