Overview
RUNFast's RM40LTL is a black weight vest built with an iron load fixed at 40 lb, marketed for general workout use rather than a specific sport.
The attribute data marks this as a fixed 40 lb vest rather than an adjustable one, with the weight built into the iron construction rather than removable plates. It's labeled simply for workout use, not tied to a named training program.
- 40 lb fixed weight
- Iron construction
- Black color
- Marketed for general workout use
Who it's for
Lifters and conditioning athletes who want a set amount of added resistance for bodyweight work, runs or general training. Not for anyone who wants to change the load without buying a second vest.
Pros and cons
- Fixed 40 lb load for consistent resistance
- Weight isn't adjustable or removable
- Iron construction adds bulk compared with plate-loaded vests
Performance notes
The vest carries a fixed 40 lb iron load in a black finish, built for general workout use rather than a specific sport. Because the weight is built into the vest rather than added through removable plates, sizing down means buying a separate, lighter vest instead.
