Overview
Small business owners and office managers get a black and white laser all-in-one that prints, scans, copies and faxes, with a larger input tray for steady workloads. Gigabit Ethernet and USB connect it, and the bullets also promise wireless printing.
Dell pairs fast monochrome output with a bigger paper tray for fewer refills. The listing claims wireless printing but names only Ethernet and USB interfaces, so confirm Wi-Fi before relying on it.
Who it's for
Offices printing contracts and forms in volume get speed and capacity in one machine. Anyone needing color output or a light desktop unit should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- High page speed
- Larger input tray
- Print, scan, copy and fax
- Wireless claim unclear in specs
- Letter size maximum
Performance notes
Laser output at high resolution gives crisp text, and duplex prints both sides automatically. The input tray reduces how often paper must be loaded. Faxing and scanning run from the same unit.
