A strong choice for an office that prints tabloid color layouts and wants cloud and mobile access. It is print only and very large and heavy.

Overview
Not a desktop printer, this Xerox VersaLink is a floor scale color laser that prints up to tabloid size. Fewer moving parts and a strengthened paper path aim at reliability, and a touchscreen links it to cloud services.
Tabloid color is the reason to buy it: spreadsheets, posters and layouts print at full size on both sides. It does not scan, copy or fax, and it needs serious floor space.
Who it's for
Design teams and offices that need large format color pages on a network. Anyone wanting a compact or multifunction machine should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Prints up to tabloid size
- Automatic two-sided printing
- Touchscreen with cloud services
- Starter toner in each color
- Print only, no scan or copy
- Very heavy and bulky
- No Wi-Fi listed
Performance notes
Reliability is the design goal: fewer moving parts and a strengthened paper path cut the jams that large sheets tend to cause. Output quality rests on the high resolution imaging system, while the touchscreen launches cloud hosted services.
