Overview
The Waterdrop WD-RPWF is a two-pack of NSF-certified refrigerator water filter cartridges, sized at about 3.7 by 2 by 9.8 inches. The RPWF naming reflects that it is built as a replacement for GE-style RPWF cartridge filters.
Because the model name directly references the GE RPWF filter it replaces, compatibility is clearer here than on many generic cartridges. The pack of two means less frequent reordering for households that go through a filter every few months.
- NSF certified filter
- Pack of 2
- Dimensions 3.74 x 1.97 x 9.84 inches
- RPWF-style replacement cartridge
Who it's for
Owners of GE refrigerators that use an RPWF-style cartridge who want a certified replacement without buying single units repeatedly. Not relevant for other filter housing shapes or brands.
Pros and cons
- Pack of two reduces reorder frequency
- Sized as an RPWF-style replacement
- No material breakdown listed beyond dimensions
- Buyers must still confirm their fridge model takes this cartridge
Performance notes
As a cartridge replacement, it relies on the fridge's existing filtration housing and typically uses carbon block filtration to address chlorine taste and odor, consistent with how RPWF-style filters are commonly built. Replacement is generally recommended around every six months for consistent performance.
