Overview
A plastic agility ladder from YISSVIC, model SM-029, measuring roughly 240 by 15.72 by 2.4 inches when laid flat, sold as a 20 foot ladder in yellow and orange.
Agility ladders like this are a training aid, not exercise equipment on their own, laid flat on the ground for footwork drills. The 20 foot length is enough for several rungs of continuous drilling before needing to turn around.
- 20 foot total length
- 240 x 15.72 x 2.4 inch footprint
- Plastic construction
- Yellow and orange colorway
Who it's for
Fits athletes, coaches or home trainers doing footwork and speed drills. Not useful as a standalone workout tool since it requires drills or a program to get value from.
Pros and cons
- 20 foot length allows extended drill runs
- Plastic build packs down small for portability
- Bright yellow and orange for visibility
- No stakes mentioned for securing it outdoors
- Plastic rungs are lighter duty than rubber alternatives
Performance notes
A flat plastic rung ladder like this depends on being laid on firm, even ground to keep rung spacing consistent during fast footwork, and its light plastic build means it packs down small but won't stay put on windy or uneven surfaces without stakes.
