Overview
A kitchen with a GE refrigerator that takes an MWF style filter is where this four pack belongs, with cartridges in low lead material that remove impurities.
GE owners who change filters often get several in one order and extended return terms. The listing says impurities are removed but names no specific contaminants. The compatibility list is long but model specific.
Who it's for
Households with a listed GE model can stock several swaps. The return terms add six months for defects. Owners of other brands are outside the compatibility list.
Pros and cons
- Four cartridges per pack
- Low lead material
- NSF and IAPMO certification
- Lifetime product warranty
- Specific contaminants not named
- Filter life not listed
- Pack count field reads one
Performance notes
Water is routed through the cartridge on its way to the dispenser, and the listing says it removes impurities without naming which ones. Low lead material is listed for the cartridge itself. Fit depends on matching the GE housing, which is why the model list matters.
