Overview
Replacing a spent LG or Kenmore cartridge takes one of these coconut shell and activated carbon filters, sold three to a pack. The listing names a long list of LG refrigerator models and several filter part numbers.
Owners get several cartridges at once plus a defined return policy. The compatibility list is long and the listing does not state filter life.
Who it's for
Households with one of the listed LG models, or a fridge that takes the Kenmore or LG numbers named, can stock several changes. Owners of other brands should confirm the part number before buying.
Pros and cons
- Three filters per pack
- Lead reduction listed
- NSF 53 and 42 certification
- Return and defect policy stated
- Filter life not stated
- Model list is very long

Performance notes
Water passes through coconut shell carbon and activated carbon, which reduces lead along with taste and odor concerns. The result depends on supply water and usage, and the listing gives no flow rate or lifespan.
