Overview
The Waterdrop WD-F46 is a 3-piece replacement filter set for LG refrigerators, covering the LT1000P/PC/PCS water filter line and the LT120F air filter, built around a coconut shell carbon block.
One buyer specifically compares it favorably against a prior Samsung filter experience, though that's a comment on their old fridge, not this filter's performance elsewhere. As with any aftermarket refrigerator filter, matching the exact LG model number before ordering matters more than any other spec on this page.
- NSF 42 and 372 certified filtration
- Coconut shell carbon block media
- Covers LT1000P, LT1000PC, LT1000PCS and Kenmore 46-9980
- Includes install-date tracking stickers
Who it's for
Suits LG refrigerator owners on the LT1000P/PC/PCS filter platform who want a cheaper multi-pack alternative to the OEM filter. Owners of refrigerators outside this compatibility list, or anyone needing a filter today rather than after a water flush-through period, should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Matches OEM taste at a lower per-filter cost
- 3-pack includes both water and air filters
- Needs a gallon-plus flush before water runs clean
- Must match exact LG model number to fit
