Overview
A recreational adult player gets a Wilson Profile racket built with a carbon fiber frame and shaft. The listing states the frame is unstrung, so a stringing job is needed before the first hit.
Wilson has made the Profile an entry level choice for casual players across all skill levels. The carbon fiber build is the main material point. The limitation is that it ships unstrung and the head size and balance are not listed.
Who it's for
Recreational adults who play for fun and have access to a stringer. Players who want a pre-strung racket, or who need head size and weight details to compare, will find the listing short.
Pros and cons
- Carbon fiber frame and shaft
- Suits all skill levels
- Adult recreational design
- Wilson Sporting Goods brand
- Head size not listed
- Racket weight unreliable on listing
Performance notes
Carbon fiber resists flex, so the racket returns more of the energy of the stroke to the ball. String type and tension are set at the stringing stage, and these control feel and power more than the frame alone. With no head size or balance given, how it plays cannot be judged from the listing.
