Overview
OPTP's Lo Rox Mini Infinity Roll is a 5 x 3 inch peanut-shaped foam roller designed by Lauren Roxburgh to arch over the spine for neck and back self-massage, small enough for a bag or desk drawer.
- 5 x 3 inch peanut-shaped foam roller
- Arches over the spine for neck and back use
- Soft foam for gentle rather than firm pressure
- Designed by fascia and alignment expert Lauren Roxburgh
Who it's for
Good for travelers, commuters or desk workers who want a portable tool for feet, hips, shoulders and lower back. Less suited to anyone who wants firm, deep-pressure trigger point work.
Pros and cons
- Compact enough for a bag, car or desk drawer
- Gentle foam suited to sensitive spots like feet and low back
- Versatile across neck, back, hips and forearms
- Too soft for firm, deep trigger point pressure per at least one reviewer
- Works best when used with the maker's instructional videos, not intuitively
Performance notes
The arched peanut shape is built to straddle the spine so pressure lands on the muscles beside it rather than the spine itself, and the same shape adapts to feet, forearms and shoulder blades.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Lo Rox Mini Infinity Roll firm or soft?

Do I need to watch a tutorial to use it correctly?
Lauren Roxburgh's YouTube videos show the intended moves, and at least one buyer said the tool works better once you've seen the technique demonstrated.
