Overview
Canon designed this color laser all in one for small offices that print, copy and scan from a touchscreen or phone. It can link to Alexa to warn about low toner and reorder it.
A three year warranty and simple touchscreen make it easy to live with. Print speed and tray size are modest, and the color starter cartridges run out quickly.
Who it's for
Home offices and small businesses with moderate volume. Larger teams will want faster speeds and bigger trays.
Pros and cons
- Three year warranty
- Toner reorder alerts
- Small color starter yield
- Heavy for its size
Performance notes
Speed suits short documents; long color jobs take longer. Starter cartridges cover early use, after which full cartridges set the replacement pace.
