Overview
The Outset 76632 is a flat, rectangular cooking accessory measuring about 20 by 11.25 by 2.25 inches, sized to lay across a grill's grates rather than stand as its own unit.
Despite being filed under outdoor cookers, the slim 2.25 inch depth points to a plancha or griddle plate meant to sit on top of an existing grill, not a self-contained cooker. Outset is a grill-accessory brand, which lines up with that reading.
- 20 x 11.25 x 2.25 in footprint
- Outset brand
- Model 76632
- Grill-top accessory format
Who it's for
Grill owners who want a flat cooking surface for foods like eggs, vegetables, or seafood that would otherwise fall through grates. It is not for anyone expecting a standalone cooking appliance.
Pros and cons
- Compact, flat footprint at 20 x 11.25 in
- Fits over standard grill grates
- Material not specified in the listing
- Not a standalone cooker despite the category label
Performance notes
At 2.25 inches deep, the plate is thin enough to heat through quickly once set over direct grill heat, though the listing gives no material spec to confirm heat retention.
