Overview
Logitech designed this webcam to snap onto a magnetized spot on top of Apple's Pro Display XDR, so there is no clip or hinge to fit. It streams Ultra HD video, adjusts to low light or sunshine and is tuned in the Logi Tune app.
The magnetic hold matches the display exactly and stays put when the camera tilts up or down. That same mount is its limit, as it is built around one specific Apple monitor.
Who it's for
Creative pros on the Apple display who join calls and record video at their desk. Users on any other screen should choose a clip mount webcam.
Pros and cons
- Magnetic fit to the display
- Ultra HD resolution
- HDR and low light correction
- Two USB-C cables included
- Mount only fits the Pro Display XDR
- Frame rate limited at top resolution
- Video quality depends on app support
Performance notes
Sharpness comes from Logitech's own optics and the Ultra HD sensor, while HDR and RightLight balance faces against bright windows. Call quality also depends on the app and network, which may cap resolution. The magnet holds alignment through tilting without slipping.
