Overview
Strapping on a short-cuff leather batting glove is the whole job here: Cabretta leather, a velcro wrist strap and a carrying case in the box. It is listed for baseball and softball and works on either hand.
Use across two sports is the reason to consider this version, and the shorter cuff suits players who dislike extra length at the wrist. Padding and palm details are not described, so fit is the thing to check.
Who it's for
Hitters who play both baseball and softball get one glove that fits both sports. Players who want a longer cuff, synthetic fabric or an easy wash cycle should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Cabretta leather construction
- Short cuff cut
- Velcro wrist strap
- Baseball and softball use
- Hand wash only
- Padding details are unspecified
- Only Large listed here
Performance notes
The strap sets how firmly the glove grips at the wrist. A shorter cuff leaves more of the wrist free, which some hitters prefer for a lighter feel.
