HulkFit Cast Iron Multi-Grip Weight Plates

Overview

The HulkFit HF-1X25 is a single composite weight plate weighing 11.25 kilograms, close to 25 pounds, matching the 1X25 designation in its model name. It ships as one plate rather than a pair.

The pieces count listed is one, so this is sold individually, meaning buyers building a full set need to order multiples to reach a target total load. Composite plates typically combine a metal core with a molded outer shell, which tends to run quieter on the floor than bare iron.

Who it's for

Works for lifters adding incremental load to a barbell or plate-loaded machine who need a standard sized plate. Not the choice for someone wanting a matched pair or full set in a single order, since this listing is for one plate.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

Composite plates use a molded outer material over a metal core, which typically holds up to repeated floor drops better than painted iron and runs quieter when racked. At 11.25 kilograms this plate falls in the mid weight range commonly used for progressive loading.
