Overview
The PACEARTH PEWV16 is a 16 pound weighted vest with a nylon and polyester shell filled with iron shot, made in black and positioned for strength training.
Iron shot fill sits in small pockets across the vest rather than in solid plates, which spreads the load more evenly over the chest and back than a single-block weighted vest. That construction is common on vests meant to be worn during walking, running, or bodyweight training rather than left stationary.
- 16 pounds of iron shot fill
- Nylon and polyester outer shell
- Built for strength training use
- Black colorway
Who it's for
Fits people adding resistance to walking, rucking, or calisthenics who want a fixed load rather than an adjustable one. Not the choice for lifters who want to change weight increments on the same vest.
Pros and cons
- Fixed 16 pound load for consistent training
- Iron shot fill sits close to the body
- Nylon and polyester shell for durability
- Weight is fixed, not adjustable
- No strap or sizing detail given in the specs
Performance notes
Because the weight comes from iron shot rather than solid plates, it distributes closer to the body and moves less during activity than boxier plate carriers. The nylon and polyester shell is the wear layer that takes the abrasion from repeated use, while the shot itself supplies the fixed 16 pounds.
