Overview
Not a plain white tour ball, this earlier TaylorMade version carries multi color, high contrast graphics and ClearPath Alignment markings. The pattern helps you track the ball and aim putts.
Visibility and alignment help are what the print adds to a tour level ball. Everything else, from count to construction, is missing from the listing.
Who it's for
Golfers who like a clear reference line when putting will use the markings on every green. Purists who want a classic white ball should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- High contrast graphics aid visibility
- Printed alignment for putting
- Easy to spot on the course
- Ball count not listed
- No construction details
- Busy print may distract some
Performance notes
Alignment benefit comes from the printed path markings, which give a visual line to set the putter against. High contrast colors help the eye follow the ball in flight and on the green.
