Overview
This is the pellet refill for Purina's Tidy Cats Breeze litter box system, sold as six 3.5 lb bags totaling 21 lbs, made from mordenite zeolite pellets rather than traditional clumping litter.
These pellets are designed to work with the Breeze box's pad system, where liquid passes through the pellets to an absorbent pad below rather than clumping in the litter itself. Because it's a system refill, it isn't intended as a standalone litter for a conventional box. It's unscented and ships in a recyclable box.
- Six 3.5 lb bags, 21 lbs total
- Mordenite zeolite pellets
- Unscented
- Recyclable packaging
Who it's for
Current owners of a Tidy Cats Breeze litter system who need refill pellets. Not usable as a general clumping litter in a standard box.
Pros and cons
- Bulk six-bag packaging for fewer reorders
- Packaged in a recyclable box
- Made from odor-absorbing zeolite material
- Only works with the Tidy Cats Breeze box, not standard litter boxes
- Requires the separate absorbent pad to function
Performance notes
The pellets are made from mordenite zeolite, chosen for its odor-absorbing properties, and are meant to be changed roughly monthly while the absorbent pad underneath handles most of the liquid. Because the pellets themselves don't clump, they aren't a substitute for standard clumping litter outside the Breeze system.
