Overview
Tidy Cats' lightweight clumping formula combines Glade Clear Springs scent with low-dust clay litter, packaged in a 38 lb box for multi-cat households.
Lightweight litter formulas cut the weight per scoop compared to traditional clay litter while aiming to keep clumping strength intact, which mainly matters for anyone carrying or pouring large boxes regularly. The Glade Clear Springs scent adds fragrance for odor control rather than replacing regular scooping.
- 38 lb box
- Clumping, low dust clay litter
- Glade Clear Springs scent
- Built for multi-cat households
Who it's for
Suits multi-cat households wanting a lighter box to carry and pour, with scented odor control built in. Not the choice for cats or owners sensitive to fragranced litter, since Glade Clear Springs is a scented formula.
Pros and cons
- Lightweight formula, easier to carry than standard clay litter
- Clumping for straightforward waste removal
- Low dust formula
- Scented formula, not suitable for fragrance-sensitive cats or owners
- 38 lb box is large and less practical for single-cat households
Performance notes
The clay-based granules are engineered to clump for easy waste removal while weighing less per box than standard clay litter, and Purina markets the formula as low dust. The Glade Clear Springs scent works on top of the litter's own odor control rather than as the primary odor solution.
