Overview
A playroom floor turns into a mountain course with the HABA Kullerbu set, where themed balls roll through spiral curves, a bell gate, a rockfall and domino stairs. A battery powered truck carries balls back up to the gondola station.
Large, snap together parts let young toddlers build without frustration, and the climbing truck sends balls around again. The battery type for the truck is not stated, and the set needs open floor space.
Who it's for
Designed for young children from toddler age who need big, easy pieces. Older kids who want tricky engineering builds may find it too simple.
Pros and cons
- Large parts suit small hands
- Click system holds firmly
- Climbing truck returns balls
- Spiral curves, bell gate, domino stairs
- Truck battery type not listed
- Big footprint on the floor
- Heavy to move
Performance notes
Pins on the connectors snap into holes under each part, so the track stays put on the floor as balls roll. Height changes set the momentum, and the truck does the lifting.
