Overview
D'Angelico gives the Premier Tammany LS a non-cutaway body with tapered shoulders and a shallower upper bout for comfort. Laminated mahogany delivers a controlled, balanced tone, and an onboard preamp with an LED tuner handles the stage.
Comfort and a ready to plug in preamp make it suit a gigging hobbyist. Laminated wood is tough and stable, but it resonates less freely than an all wood top.
Who it's for
Players who perform plugged in and value a smooth neck and steady tone. Those after maximum unplugged resonance should look at an all wood guitar.
Pros and cons

Performance notes
Tone is shaped by laminated mahogany, which holds output controlled and even across the range. The shallower upper bout adds warmth and comfort, and the preamp EQ adjusts the plugged in sound.
