Overview
The Joyiii wire leaders come 20 to a pack, each about 19.68 inches long and rated to 100 lb, built from a nylon and stainless steel combination in black. They are pre-made leaders rather than raw wire for tying your own.
The 100 lb rating and steel content point these toward toothy or hard-fighting species where mono or fluorocarbon leaders would get cut or abraded. Black coloring is a lower-visibility choice underwater compared to bare silver wire.
- 20 pieces per pack
- 100 lb line weight rating
- 19.68 inch length
- Nylon and stainless steel construction
Who it's for
Fits anglers targeting toothy fish such as pike, musky or saltwater species where bite-off is a real risk. Not needed for freshwater species that pose no threat to a leader.
Pros and cons
- 100 lb test resists bite-off
- 20 leaders per pack
- Pre-made and ready to use
- Fixed 19.68 inch length, no custom sizing
- Wire stiffness is unnecessary for non-toothy species
Performance notes
At 100 lb test, these leaders are built to survive teeth and abrasion rather than flex invisibly like light fluorocarbon. Coming pre-made in a 20-pack saves time versus crimping individual leaders, though each one is a fixed 19.68 inch length.
