Overview
The Cat Craft Bobcat Scratcher is a 41-inch tall, carpet-wrapped scratching post on a wide base, built for indoor cats and sold with replaceable toy attachments.
At just over 41 inches, this is a tall post format aimed at cats that like to stretch out fully while scratching, rather than a low-profile scratcher. The base measures 19.25 by 19.25 inches, meant to keep a post this tall stable during use.
- 41 inch tall post
- 19.25 x 19.25 inch base
- Replaceable toy attachments
- Vacuum or hand wash care
Who it's for
Fits owners of cats that scratch vertically and need a tall, stable post, especially in multi-cat households where a single scratcher is shared. Less useful for cats that prefer horizontal scratching surfaces.
Pros and cons
- Tall 41 inch post for full-stretch scratching
- Wide base for stability
- Toy attachments are replaceable
- Floor-mounted only, no wall-mount option
- Large footprint may not suit small spaces
Performance notes
The wide 19.25 inch square base is what keeps a 41 inch post from tipping when a cat leans into it at full stretch, and the covering is listed as vacuum or hand wash to clean. Replaceable toy attachments let the scratching surface stay usable even as the toys wear.
