Overview
This is a two-pack of 9 inch mini exercise balls made from anti-burst PVC, designed for Pilates, yoga, core training and physical therapy exercises. Each ball ships uninflated with an included inflation tube.
As a small stability ball rather than a full-size exercise ball, it works for exercises that need instability under a limited range of motion, such as core activation between the knees or under the lower back.
- 9 inch diameter, sold as a 2 pack
- Anti-burst PVC rated to withstand up to a 2 cm cut
- BPA and latex free material
- Includes inflation tube
Who it's for
Suits Pilates and yoga practitioners, or anyone doing physical therapy exercises that call for a small stability ball. Not a substitute for a full-size stability ball used in exercises requiring a larger surface.
Pros and cons
- Two balls included for the price of one purchase
- Anti-burst PVC rated for a degree of puncture resistance
- Compact size is easy to store or travel
Performance notes
The PVC is rated anti-burst, described as able to withstand a cut up to 2 cm without a sudden deflation. The balls come uninflated and are inflated using the included tube, and the compact size is meant to make them easy to store or pack for travel.
