Overview
This mini exercise ball measures 9 inches and is built anti-burst for pilates, core and between-the-knee work, made from PVC and rated to hold up to 300 lbs static weight.
This ships deflated with a pump included, which keeps it compact for storage but means setup takes a few minutes before first use. The anti-burst PVC is designed to deflate gradually if punctured rather than popping outright, and the surface has an anti-slip texture for grip during barre and stability work.
- 9 inch mini exercise ball
- Anti-burst PVC construction
- Supports up to 300 lbs static weight
- Includes inflation pump
Who it's for
Anyone doing pilates, barre or core stability exercises that call for a small ball between the knees or under the lower back is the fit, rather than someone wanting a full-size stability ball for seated work.
Pros and cons
- Compact 9 inch size for between-the-knee exercises
- Anti-burst design deflates slowly rather than popping
- Includes a pump for setup
- Arrives deflated, requiring setup before use
- Single fixed size, not a full stability ball
Performance notes
The anti-burst PVC construction is built to lose air gradually if punctured rather than bursting under load, and the anti-slip surface texture is meant to keep it from sliding during barre or floor exercises. It arrives deflated and needs the included pump before first use.
