Overview
A 13 by 5.3 inch foam roller with a hollow, durable core and beveled edges, built for deep tissue and trigger point work on the back, legs, and shoulders after or before workouts.
- 13 x 5.3 inch dimensions
- Hollow, durable core construction
- Smooth surface with beveled edges
- Available in five color options
Who it's for
Suits anyone doing regular self massage or trigger point release for back, shoulder, or leg soreness, particularly smaller-framed users given the compact length. Less suited to anyone wanting a full-length roller for wide-back coverage.
Pros and cons
- Holds shape after months of daily use
- Firm pressure without feeling too hard
- Beveled edges spread pressure evenly
- 13 inch length suits smaller frames more
- Fewer size options than full-length rollers
Performance notes
A hollow core inside the foam resists the flattening that softer rollers develop with repeated pressure, while beveled edges spread pressure evenly rather than digging in at the ends.
