Overview
An adjustable aluminum alloy spreader bar that extends from 23 inches to 35 inches, sold with a storage bag for home or travel training use.
The listing frames this as general exercise gear, though the padded PU and furry cuff style construction points toward flexibility or stretching assisted use rather than a barbell style strength accessory. Buyers should look closely at the product images, since the text description alone does not specify how the bar attaches.
- Telescoping aluminum alloy bar
- PU and furry padded material
- Assembled length 23 inches, max extension 35 inches
- Includes a dedicated storage bag
Who it's for
People looking for an adjustable, packable bar for stretching or assisted training routines at home, in an office, or while traveling.
Pros and cons
- Adjustable from 23 to 35 inches
- Lightweight aluminum alloy construction
- Comes with a storage bag for travel
- Description does not specify the exact attachment method
Performance notes
The bar telescopes between its 23 inch assembled length and a 35 inch maximum extension, letting the spread adjust to the exercise or body size in use. The aluminum alloy frame keeps the bar light enough to pack into its included storage bag.
