Karinear's KNC-D22058 is a 12 inch two burner radiant ceramic cooktop, not induction, so it heats any pan you own. It runs on a 120V plug, measures 20.5 by 11.4 inches, and can be built into a 19.3 by 10.63 inch cutout or stand on its own feet.
The trade this model makes is deliberate. Radiant elements under ceramic glass are slower than induction and stay hot after shutoff, but they accept aluminum, glass, copper and thin stainless pans that induction rejects outright.
