Overview
A party table, a trip or a desk covered in craft supplies suits this printer, which connects to a phone and prints onto instant film. The app adds effects such as drawing in the air, and videos can be turned into printable QR codes.
Choose it for social, creative prints with extra tricks beyond plain photo output. The limit is that it prints only, the print size is small and the controller field lists only iOS.
Who it's for
A party host, a scrapbooker or a teen who likes effects and video-to-print tricks will use the app features. Android users, who should confirm support first, and anyone wanting scans or documents should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Instant film prints
- Bluetooth app connection
- Creative air-drawing effects
- Prints only, no camera
- Controller type lists only iOS
- Film not described as included
- Small print size
Performance notes
Prints come from a thermal process onto film, so the result depends on the source image and the effects chosen in the app. Drawing in the air relies on the printer's motion control working with the app. The package is not described as including film, so a pack of INSTAX MINI film is a separate need.
