Overview
A slim C-shaped okoume neck and a short scale make chords easy on this Fender mini dreadnought. Laminated sapele throughout stands up to daily use, and sealed tuners with a Micarta nut help it hold pitch.
A smaller body and shorter reach let young or small players fret comfortably, and the bundle supplies the extras. Laminate wood makes it tough but limits tonal richness.
Who it's for
Kids, smaller players and travelers who want a guitar that fits. Adults with larger hands should consider a full-size model.
Pros and cons
- Short scale for small hands
- Slim C neck
- Sealed die-cast tuners
- Durable laminate body
Performance notes
A shorter scale lowers string tension and fret spacing, which eases chord shapes for small hands. Laminated sapele resists climate changes but resonates less than unlaminated wood.
