Overview
Building the Canyon Creek starts with the BILT app, which walks you through assembling the cedar frame, upper clubhouse and lower playhouse. Once standing, kids climb the rock wall or flat-step ladder, ride the wave slide down, swing on belt or web seats and run a pretend cafe below.
Active play and pretend play share one footprint here, with a cafe playhouse, picnic table and lookout clubhouse beside the swings. That variety comes with a big footprint and a heavy shipment, so yard space and assembly help need planning.
Who it's for
Families with several young children and a big, level lawn will get years of mixed play from it. Households with limited lawn or no time for a long build should consider a smaller set.
Pros and cons
- Cedar wood with a stained finish
- Rock wall and flat-step ladder access
- Wave slide plus belt and web swings
- Playhouse with toy grill, sink and play food
- Large footprint needs serious yard space
- 398 pounds of parts to haul and assemble
- Anchoring kit not listed
- Spec lists only two compatible swing seats
Performance notes
Stability rests on level ground and careful assembly, since a frame this size amplifies any lean as kids swing. The stained cedar faces sun and rain all year, so checking hardware and finish each season matters.

How many kids can swing at once on the Canyon Creek?
There are two belt swings and a web swing, though the spec sheet lists the maximum compatible number of seats as 2.
Is the Canyon Creek a metal swing set?
No. It is an all cedar wooden swing set with a stained finish.
