Rep Fitness AB-3000 FID Adjustable Bench

Overview

The Rep AB-3000 is an alloy steel weight bench finished in matte black, weighing about 49.4 kilograms (109 pounds), which puts it in the sturdier end of home bench builds.

Rep Fitness has built a reputation in the home gym market for benches and racks aimed at serious lifters, and the AB-3000's weight alone signals a heavier steel frame than typical foldable benches. At a 4.8 rating with 500 recent buyers, it's clearly moving well, though the listing here doesn't break out incline range or upholstery details.

• 49.4 kg / 109 lb weight
• Alloy steel construction
• Matte black finish

Who it's for

Fits home lifters setting up a permanent squat rack or bench press station who want a bench heavy enough to stay planted under load. Less suited to anyone needing a bench that folds flat for small space storage, since nothing here confirms folding.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

At roughly 109 pounds, the AB-3000's steel frame carries enough mass to resist shifting during heavy presses, which is generally the tradeoff lifters accept for a bench this substantial. The matte black finish is cosmetic rather than functional, and incline or pad specs were not part of the listed data.
