Overview
A folding storage ottoman built on MDF panels with an 8 gallon interior, rated to 286 lb static load. Comes in several color and style options, from a tufted cube to a velvet finish, for living rooms, bedrooms or dorms.
The spec sheet closely mirrors other small storage ottomans in this size class (12.2 x 16.1 x 12.2 inches, the same 8 gallon volume, the same MDF construction), with the main differentiator being the wipe clean fabric finish and the wider color and style lineup. No tools are needed for setup; the panels fold flat for storage when the ottoman isn't in use.
- 12.2 x 16.1 x 12.2 inch folding ottoman, 8 gallon (32 L) storage
- MDF panel construction listed to 286 lb static load
- Waterproof, wipe clean fabric surface
- Available in multiple colors and upholstery styles (tufted, velvet, cube)
Who it's for
Fits anyone furnishing a small apartment, dorm, or entryway who wants a footrest that doubles as hidden storage and can be folded away when space is tight. Less useful for anyone who needs a fixed, non folding piece meant for sustained heavy use.
Pros and cons
- 8 gallon hidden storage in a compact footprint
- No tool assembly, folds flat for storage
- Wipe clean fabric and a wide range of colors and styles
- MDF panel build is lighter duty than a solid frame ottoman
- No independent buyer feedback yet to confirm long term durability
Performance notes
MDF panels form the frame once assembled, giving the top enough rigidity to sit or rest feet on, while the fold flat design trades some long term rigidity for the ability to store it away entirely. The wipe clean fabric is meant to resist everyday spills rather than serve as an outdoor surface.
